1. Introduction
GB2 Recreational Sports Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young women
through sports and mentorship. By engaging with our programs, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and participants agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
2. Mission Statement:
GB2 Recreational Sports Inc. is committed to fostering leadership, confidence, and skill building through basketball programs, mentorship initiatives, and community engagement.
3. Eligibility & Participation
- Participants must meet age/grade and eligibility requirements as determined by specific program guidelines.
- Parental consent is required for minors participating in GB2 Recreational Sports Inc.
activities.
- All participants, coaches, and volunteers must adhere to our code of conduct,
promoting respect, inclusion, and sportsmanship.
4. Sponsorship & Donations
- Donations and sponsorships are used to fund GB2 Recreational Sports Inc. programs, facility rentals, and outreach initiatives.
- Sponsors may receive recognition in promotional materials per agreement terms.
- All financial contributions are non-refundable and comply with nonprofit regulations.
5. Liability & Waiver
- GB2 Recreational SPORTS Inc. is not liable for injuries sustained during official
events, practices, or programs.
- Participants and guardians acknowledge and assume all risks associated with athletic
activities.
- GB2 Recreational Sports Inc. reserves the right to modify program details or
schedules as needed.
6.Privacy & Data Protection
- GB2 Recreational Sports Inc. values the privacy of participants and sponsors.
Personal information collected will only be used for organizational purposes and will not be shared without consent.
- By enrolling in our programs or donating, individuals consent to GB2 Recreational
Sports Inc. use of images, testimonials, and event participation for promotional
purposes unless stated otherwise.
7. Modifications to Terms
GB2 Recreational Sports Inc. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
